regret.club is an anonymous platform for sharing regrets. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no sign-ups. You post anonymously and that's that.
2. Your content
When you post a regret, it becomes part of the public feed. You retain no ownership claims over anonymous submissions. By posting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and moderate your content on the platform.
3. What you can't do
- Post someone else's personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers)
- Harass, threaten, or target specific individuals
- Post spam, advertising, or promotional content
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform
- Use the platform to incite violence or illegal activity
4. Moderation
All posts are subject to automated and manual moderation. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice. Content that violates these terms or is flagged by the community may be removed immediately.
5. No guarantees
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that your post will remain visible. We may shut down, modify, or restrict access to the platform at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
regret.club and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress from reading other people's regrets. Use the platform at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
